Has anyone used and had success with these?

http://www.zukes.com/dogs/hip-action-426.html

I normally use Pet Naturals of Vermont HIP+JOINT for Bentley's Luxating Patellas. But I ran out today and when I went to pick some up they were out of stock until next week.

So at the recommendation of the store employee, I bought the Zukes instead. She said it was "pretty much" the same thing. However once I got home I noticed that the Zukes doesn't have MSM in them like the other ones I use have.

Will this make a big difference? Bentley's knees and mobility have improved SO MUCH since I started giving him the Pet Naturals chews. I'm worried that without the MSM I will see a difference. Or am I just being paranoid? lol

I use them with my senior dog with great success. He was having a horrible time with his hips, couldn't even go up and down the stairs. The vet wanted me to try a supplement from the store before we tried anything more hard core than that, and within the month he was back to normal.

Once my puppy is fully grown I'm going to start giving them to him too as a preventative.

Edit: It's worth noting though that if he is having success with the other treats, I'd still switch him back to those once they are available (and maybe buy a couple of bags to keep in reserve in case the store runs out again. But the Zuke's should work fine for him in the meantime.

Thank you. I have all intentions of switching him back. But this bag of Zuke's is a 60 count so he will be on it for a couple months (1 a day). I just didn't want to mess with a good thing, ya know? Anyways, I'm glad they seem to be working for your dog. Hopefully Bentley will be fine on them for awhile as well.

I usually am stocked up on his normal ones. But even when you stock up, you eventually still run out lol.
