Hi im posting this for my friend:

My dog 5 pound Yorkie was chewing on a cord and got electrocuted a few weeks ago. His balance was off, he was drooling and it seemed like his tongue was burnt. The vet prescribed Vitamins for his muscles and said he is more then likely brain damaged. He recovered fairly quickly. Its been 3 weeks now and he has not slept in 2 days and is drooling alot but is drinking plenty of water. I'm assuming he may have some kidney problems. Any ideas what's wrong with him?

I would go see a different vet ASAP. That is not normal for him to be acting like that, and a good vet wouldn't just say he was brain damaged and send you home with vitamins. Vitamins don't fix things. This dog sounds like he needs real medical treatments. Definitely get a second opinion as soon as possible. Also, do not ever let him out of your sight again unless he is contained in a safe area like a crate.
