Hi my 12 wk old chiweenie puppy is yipping as if in pain and not acting normal. I really worried and of course it happens late on a Sat. night. I cant get her into her vet until Mon. morning. Looking for some advice please.

Emergency vet! You don't even need an appointment (though they tend to appreciate a heads up that you're coming, especially in a serious emergency)!
