I feed Instinct and haven't heard of the other food.
Anyways, my dogs do GREAT on Instinct - soft coat, shiny, less shedding, smaller poops, and they look great structurally. I haven't fed the chicken, yet. NV:Instinct is made to be able to rotate proteins so I've fed the duck/turkey and I've fed the beef.

NVI is a good food as far as I know, but its rare in my area, so I dunno much about it. Horizon Legacy is a great food, I often reccomend it for dogs that have runny poo issues on the orijen-Horizon is a great company too :)
