Hi. I can't tell much of anything from that picture, other than he's a pretty color. Do you have any pictures of him standing up, and that show his size?

He does have the fairly typical Pembroke-type red color and markings, and his face reminds me somewhat of a Cardigan, but the longer legs say that there is something else in there though. Maybe some Australian Cattle dog or German Shepherd, depending on his conformation?. He's a nice looking dog, for sure.
