Thanks for the advice. I read the stick and I will do what it says. I taught him how to sit tonight in no time, he appears to be a very intelligent guy so far. Many pitbulls are genetically dog aggressive, and sometimes it comes out at some time in their life, so you may end up having to crate and rotate if you still want the dog.
If you think the play is getting to rough, seperate them, put them in sit-stays and calm them down.
Practice N.I.L.I.F, there is a sticky in the training section.
I have two dogs and my fiancee has one which is a Boston Terrier. They all get along well, but the Boston is pushy at times and she will get very aggressive when it comes to toys. If there is a toy, she wants it and will try to take it, which sometimes makes my new dog upset and he will get aggressive back at her which only makes her more mad and she will start a fight. I understand Pits are aggressive dogs when it comes to other dogs, but I think it is manageable. Once he gets over his sickness I will start to take him to the dog park with just him and I, hopefully that goes well and if it does I will take my other dog too.
