What's wrong with my puppy?

She is 7 weeks old and had her first set of shots last week. Today I noticed she wasn't herself. She wasn't playing with her sister or eating. She's been in her bed or just sitting doing nothing else. Her poop is normal and she is peeing. What could be wrong? could it be distemper? i have to wait til my bf gets home so we can take her to the vet, but does anybody have any ideas?

At least call the vet and talk to them.
