Our chuhauia a small 7 pounder will never get larger , has been nuetered , and we have toys all round he plays with , gets treats , house wee pad broken , yet chews tape, table cloth, wires , under car seat, table legs you name it so what are we going to do , we paid $2600 for him a puppy breeder place store, we need help bad we are seniors , and we take the dog to the parks and beaches and he gets so vicious when a person gets out of thier car parking next to us . any sugestions will help , Im ready to turn him back if I cant sell him sure Id miss him but hes tryuly interupting our lives my wife would keep hiom but I dont know what to do I love him but its getting me depressing. we even have a crate and hes OK for about an hour in there then starts whimpering . my wife lets him out whern driving we have a crate n the back set of the car my wife likes to hold him on her lap, then hes all over me its rediculous to get in an awful situation .

His aggression sounds like defensive fear reaction and it is likely based in genetic temperament. Going places at a quiet time of the day and keeping your dog away from strangers.. let him look "from afar" coupled with patience and time (as in weeks/months) might see improvement. Otherwise you need to leave him home instead of taking him with you to the beach and other busy places. Some dogs are not social butterflies.
As to riding in the car, he should ride in a crate in the back seat. A dog riding in someone's lap is a dead dog (or an escaped dog) in the event of accident. The dog being loose and all over the driver is a distraction that could create an accident.
As to crating at home the first thing is to get him tired out. A small dog may need to potty after and hour in the crate. Get him out BEFORE he starts to make noise and have him potty then back in the crate for another 15 minutes. If he is noisy you leave him there until he is quiet and then get him out.
