What is he?

Copper is a roughly 4 month old pound pup that we got in September. He was labeled a beagle mix, which I see some in the face and in his voice not to mention his prey drive. The tail curl picture is from around when we first got him but it's the only one that shows how far his tail curls. He's pushing 30 pounds and isn't even knee high.
