One of my friends live in apartment and likes to have a dog.He don't lake small dog and has experience with gsd,presa and amstaff .But after he moved he don't know what breed he can keep in apartment.He is able to keep everything that can be kept there becoase is a student.Anyone who can help him?

Any breed should be fine in a apartment with enough mental stimulation and exercise.

Thanks for your reply. I know that but I think about a dog breed that can stay 4 or 5 hours alone in apartment .is American Akita good?Or can he keep a pit bull like breed?

pit bulls typically have breed restrictions, Make sure the apartment allows. Akitas are OK but they need ALOT Of socilization. So maybe get one when he has more time to be around all day, before leaving it alone

3. Chihuahua.

a bulldog would be awesome, a bull terrier would be a bit harder because they require more exersise and stimulation

Be sure to verify the local pet regulations from State, County, City regarding restricted or banned breeds.

Many times there are local restrictions on "Bull" type breeds.

In my country you can keep a lion without restrictions.There are not banned dog breeds.Thanks everyone for help.

I would not recommend a lion in an apartment.
