It's a laughing face!

Instead of saying Lol. (because i feel at least it can get pretty annoying; especially when "Lol" appears after every sentence)

Just another face like; :D :) :( D: xD X_X

See, the X is the squinched-up laughing eyes and the D is the laughing mouth. . .

Don't worry... I didn't know either...

(but now I do! Thanks to you luv2byte)

Is there a way to find out what all the abbreviations for things mean? I know there is a sticky about dog breed abbreviations, but I can't figure out what people mean sometimes when they abbreviate peoples relationships to them...

Usually, family members have a D in front of the relationship (like DH for your husband, DS for your son, etc.). The D is for "dear". . .or "darn", depending on your mood! ;)

I'll see if I can find a dictionary for ya.

Here's one that looks good: http://www.netlingo.com/
