Yep it's another, haha. My sister in law's dog. She thinks half lab/half husky...I see the lab for sure. She is about 60-70 pounds, and 23 or so inches tall.

and her tail does this...

I see lab/BC mix.....looks very much like my friends pup....though your sisters looks like she weighs a little more...or is a little "thicker"

What a purrrty dog your sister in law has ... I do see a lab x maybe slighty a BC who knows. I think Black Dogs are hard to tell their weight because of the dark coat IMO
