Loki has a few collars a leash and some toys he no longer uses/ fits into anymore. All are in decent shape .. would you call your local shelter to see if they can use them, or would you just toss ... Or any other recycled uses?

I recently donated a few things (old collar, some cats toys, box of treats, etc) to the humane society that we adopted Zoey from. They are always very grateful for any donations.

Yeah, I donate stuff like that to the rescue where we got Biscuit. They always need stuff.

We have a Thrift Store in town and you can donate to them and they have a special bin where they go and all money for them is by donation to the SPCA. We don't have a shelter in our area, all dogs and cats that are picked up either go to foster homes or to another SPCA in another area.

It depends, i am giving a harness to a friend, my nephew has one of Holly's old collars, don't worry it's for his dog (it's a stuffed cuddly toy i brought him, and the collar is pink!), i just found out there is a little rescue near the vets that Holly goes too, so i might take stuff in for them if they want it.
