judging by his height compared to the fridge i am going to vote heeller x with JRT or Corgi simply because they are kept by the same circle of folks (barn folks). i had a jrtxcorgi that had short hair, corgi ears, jrt body you'd never guess if i hadnt have met both parents
honestly it's really hard to guess just from a picture without description of temperament. Also when a dog is overweight like this one it can skew your perceptions.
