The shelter is telling me that she is a border collie and Australian shepherd mix. But is it too good to be true?

I mostly would like to know the coat length that this dog will have when grown, anyone has an educated guess?

im hoping for a dog with medium-long coat. Like a rough collie or a coat like purebred Aussie.


Any leads will be appreciated!!!

I would buy BC/Aussie mix. The pictures don't show much of the dog's body, so I'm going by face and ears alone. But, the dog is very young and it's hard to tell at that age.

I would guess a medium coat length, but again, hard to tell. Looks fluffy from the pictures, though!

I'd believe she is an BC x Aussie, as well. I'd go with "fluffy", but probably not as much coat as a Rough Collie.

I think that Border Collie x Aussie would make sense.

Border collie for sure! Maybe aussie....but looks like a bit of heeler in there too!
