Weird sores on my dogs nose and chin

These appeared suddenly, with no change in diet or routine and I don't know if it's serious or not. Started about 3 days ago and got a little worse and not she seems to be losing hair around the affected areas. She's eating still but much less and is clearly in some discomfort. Anybody seen this before?
