I have two catahoula/lab mixes that are brother and sister. They're both about 4-5 years old. The male has nothing like this on his body.
The female has this weird looking bump on the side of the neck. It's pretty firm feeling and is pretty itchy to her. Have a check up in about two weeks to get it examined. Any thoughts of what it might be? Cancerous? Wart? Cyst?

If you're concerned-enough to register on an Internet forum to ask a bunch of strangers for a diagnosis based on a photo, you probably should see if you can get that appointment bumped up, or at least email that photo to your vet.
