Ok I've searched and searched and can't find an answer. My 7 week old puppy is an allstar crate trainee. And we've got her on a eating/potty schedule that's working well! However, I have a question:

When I feed her, I take her out. She doesn't usually go but I know eating and drinking is supposed to stimulate the need to go. I wait 6 or 7 minutes. If she doesn't go I bring her in and play for about 15 minutes and then take her out again. If she still doesn't go after 6 minutes, I put her in her crate because at this point my two children have piled up a list of things they need from me in the time I've been trying to get her to potty. I set the timer for 20 minutes, however at this point she usually falls asleep in her crate. Do I wake her up to take her out or let her sleep? I'm worried about her getting a uti as she sleeps for a half hour +.

It sounds like you're doing great! Let her sleep. I wouldn't worry about a UTI for waiting even an hour. The only issue in this case is that she'll wake up and have an accident, if you don't notice that she's ready to go outside. She won't have reliable control until she's about 6 mos.

So, my only suggestion is to try to keep watch over her, and when she wakes up, take her out. I expect her to be sleeping a lot until she's about 9 weeks old... Keep up the good monitoring, and don't worry much over accidents, when they occur... Plan for a few over the next few months....
