Hey everyone,

I have a 5 y/o chocolate lab. Lately ive noticed some bumps on him. When you rub your finger over them skin flakes off almost like super bad dandruff but i dont think bumps are usually associated with dandruff. Any idea what it might be? Its mainly all below his neck and between the top of his legs by his chest.

He needs to go to the vet. It looks like there are some red, irritated looking spots, as well as bare spots, not just flaky skin.
