My 10 year old male Corgi had a hernia operation a few months ago in which he was operated on from behind. Sorry, I don't know what kind of hernia. The procedure was unsuccessful and he had another one done last week. This time the vet opened him up from behind and underneath. He is so black and blue. In fact, he has stayed at the vet until today. It's 8 days after the operation and he is still leaking urine quite a bit. The vet says this will go away. I'm doubtful. Does anyone have any insight into this? I appreciate it. Thank you.

No I'm sorry I don't. My old dog April used to be incontinent at times & a course of hormones did the trick but I heard they don't work on males, besides this is a different problem
I hope he soon recovers because it's distressing to see our old friends in such a state.
