I've not seen the tricky treat ball in action so take my advice with a grain of salt! I think a lot depends on the dog but if you have a chewer, I think the twist and treat will be the better choice while a playful dog would enjoy rolling the ball around and getting treats to fall out.

My dogs love the twist n treat, but my bc is a heavy chewer and I had to retire it because he was able to chew chunks of the rubber off. For my other dogs it was fine though.

We have both, and I have to say that I prefer the tricky treat ball because it holds more food. We often feed Libby her meals from these types of toys and the twist and treat doesn't hold it all. Both are, IMO, the better of the treat dispensing toys.

We have both. They both LOOOOVE the tricky treat ball... it's just fun for them to roll it around with either their nose or paw and snap up the kibble as it comes out. (They're fun to watch playing with it, too!)

I got the twist & treat too because it looked like it would be fun for them. I have NO idea why, but they have zero interest in it no matter what I put into it.

I had the Twist n Treat too...notice had..Bayley managed to take chunks out of it in no time. disappointing to say the least. I wouldn't recommend it for a real chewer :)

My dog gets all of her meals in the Tricky Treat ball (otherwise she would inhale her food in seconds). It is entertainment for us watching her push it around with her nose, and when there's less food in it, she'll bounce it to try to get the kibble to come out. We try not to let her chew on it at all, and every once in a while we replace it when it starts looking a little ratty.
