I just realized one of my dog's toy is made in China and started wondering if it's safe since children's toys made from China were found to be toxic.

I read up a little bit about the subject and studies have shown that tennis balls for dogs have unsafe lead amounts in them, but tennis balls for humans have none. Does anyone know or have experienced any unsafe dog toys?

On the contrary, the "Tire Biter" was one of the best toys we ever had. Mind, we have had it for a long time now and Kodi has eaten about half of it, but its still fabulous. It smells like a tire, because its made out of things tires are made of.

I don't think its bad based on the amount of it Kodi has digested without getting ill. And its a lot safer than him chewing on the couch.
