Hi Folks, I'm in a dilemma - I'm not sure if my dog has a Tick or a wart?? Can someone take a look at the picture and possibly confirm?

Does it have a head and legs? If not it's a safe bet that it is a wart or something like it.

I can't see any feet or legs, just looks like my dogs skin... don't they burrow right in though? I'm absolutely freaking out... As you can imagine. He's scratching it now, not sure if it's all the poking around that area or not? Do they itch?
