We have had our frenchie for about 4 weeks. 2 days after we got him he started getting horrible diarrhea...the vet confirmed he had coccidia and we did 7 days of meds. 2 days after the meds were done it started again so we did a fecal slide and were given 7 more days of a different med. That has cleared up. Now I'm noticing in the evenings after he drinks he (what seems like) wet burps after he drinks water and spits up (just water and maybe some slight remnants of food) it's not vomit and he is not dehydrated as he is peeing fine and drinks fine all day. He eats like a pig (too fast so we have a slow feeder bowl) and is a typical happy bouncy puppy. I feel like I'm focusing on him all day and what he's doing and worrying about it all. We have two other dogs and they have never stressed me out but this puppy is really getting to me. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like puppy blues are setting in..
He hasnt had a great start which isnt his fault but it does mean the worries are hightened and thats causing stress.
Any medical issues please talk to your vet again and if you can take video even better that way the vet can see exactly what youre talking about..
As for the puppy blues , they will pass..
