Am I crazy? We adopted two dogs about a month ago and they love playing with eachother. I have a pretty big back yard, we go to the dog park about twice or three times a week, and my brother and I take them on walks/runs in an open field near our house every day. They LOVE going creeking there:eek:. I'm enjoying the experience so much and I found a little dog on petfinder thats the same age as the two puppies I have now (8to9 months). She's really pretty and they say that she would love to have a 'built in play mate'. Her name is oreo and she is a Basenji/Terrier mix. Am I crazy??

First off the 2 dogs you have are not even grown into themselves yet. Relationships in dogs can change as they mature. Adding a third dog into the mix can drastically change the dynamics of the situation. It might not be the change you are hoping for. I don't know what your training background is but I will say that having 3 young dogs at a time would be quite a challenge to even the most experienced dog trainers. I give you all the world of credit for considering another rescue but I would caution you that it might backfire. Proceed with extreme caution and your eyes wide open to the downside possibilities.
