The white bubble thing from my dog's nose.

Does anyone know what is this white bubble thing from the nose?
It's like the same/similar sometimes from the mouth and the most often happens when she is doing activities.
She is a healthy dog but I have never seen this even I have a dog all most whole of my life.
Appreciated it if someone can tell me what is this and why it happens to my dog.

Nobody on the forum is going to be able to diagnose this from a photo and forum rules forbid anyone from guessing (for the protection of both your dog and the forum.)

If you're worried enough to ask about it on a dog forum, you're worried enough to see a vet.
