Okay I know how you are supposed to teach a dog speak. Get them to sit or stand and hold a treat and when they get impatient and bark say speak etc.

But the problem is my dog is too patient for it. She can wait for up to ten minutes staring at it before she thinks I wrongly told her to sit and stay and begins to roll over and do paw and kisses.

Is there any other way to teach a dog speak?

Well, if I was trying to get a bark, I would definitely not ask her to sit and stay (as you are probably going to want sit-stay to be a bark-free zone.) I would use a barrier of some sort (baby gates are good) and show the dog a treat, saying nothing. Back away from the gate a bit, and mark and reward even a huff of air.
