Hi Team
Our Maltese is starting to bruise after her diabetes shots, we have been giving the shots to her for the last 5 years no issues. Over the last 30 days thou she gets bad bruising after the shots, I am rotating the areas but she is still bruising. Any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks Pandora, I have talked to her- she kind of brushes it off and tells me to use a different spot. Its tough because you know your dog and feel when somethings off but the Vet kind of gives you generic answers.

if my vet brushed me off when I had genuine concerns I'd be looking for a new vet. if you have concerns about your dog and something has changed in your dog's health your vet needs to take it seriously if they don't find another vet.
