Hi All,

My dog is 2 years old and within the last week she has become afraid to enter the hall way that is in the center of the house. All rooms on the floor meet at this location, so if she is in any room, she will not leave and will just stand at the edge of the room and stare.

She is normally all over the house running and playing and will always follow if you have food. This has been a very sudden change.

Anyway, just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience and if they ever discovered the problem?

Kind of spooky, but she stares as if there is something there!

Thanks
Evan

One of the more common problems with something like this is getting a static shock from the rug/carpet or water bowl or draperies. Even getting stepped on accidently can make dogs fearful of that particular location. My Sheltie got hit by the patio door and it took years before she would go to that door with any confidence.
