Hi I'm new and I really hope I'm posting this in the right area..
Earlier today, I was out walking my dog around our apartment complex, and we found a stray puppy. He followed us inside and has just made himself at home. He was starving and his bones are showing so we fed him a bit and gave him water. The only thing is, his stomach is bloated. I'm not sure if its bloated because he hasn't eaten in so long or if it's because he may have worms. He hasn't displayed any signs of worms so far from what I can tell. The first two times I took him out to use the bathroom, his stool was healthy looking to me. Solid and greenish in color. I poked through it with a stick but didn't see any worms, although if they're microscopic then that's a different story. The last time I took him out, he had diarrhea, but still I didnt see anything out of the ordinary. One thing I kind of find odd is that he breathes kind of in quick short breaths and I've caught him panting a few times for no reason.
Another thing I've noticed is that the whites of his eyes look red and bloodshot.
I'm putting some pictures here of him, I hope they show up.
