I walk the dogs in a big open farm field (neighbours let us) - load the dogs in the truck and it's 2 minutes from our house. Because it is private pproperty, I never run into people and/or other dogs.

Below are ones of Cartman how he runs to the top of the hill, and waits to pounce on Quinn. Does it everytime.

Love the names of the dogs. They are just gorgeous. Are those Burnese Mountain Dogs?
Thank you. Yes, they are Mtn Dogs.

They are both awesome. I love the markings on them
I think they are pretty awesome too! :D They keep us entertained that's for sure.

Maureen you have such beautiful dogs. They seem to have such fun personalities. Sweet with a side of sassy. :) What a lovely piece of land to run them on. I be they love it.

Sweet with a side of Sassy. Inga, I cracked up when I read that. I always said they were full of shenanigans - but I think sassy is the choice word. That is my new way to describe these two - definately them.

The land is great to walk on - very big. Except it does back onto a private golf course, which we now have to stay far away from when they are off leash (which is most of time). Quinn took it upon himself to hop the farm fence and introduce himself to some golfers. They were quite nice - but I never let it happen again.

Thanks Blizzard and Upendi'smommy!

Oh my gosh! They're beautiful! :) I love Burnese Mountain Dogs, one of my favorite breeds. I met one at PetCo once, he was a gentle giant. Lovely pics, thanks for sharing!

Glad you liked the term. It is also used to describe my boys. :D

I know what you mean about the golf course. NOT all of them are so nice. Many years ago at the golf and riding club a horse got loose on the green. The owner was charged $500. per hoof mark on the grass. I would have had to sell my house to pay for that. They are very serious about the green.

Luvmyrotti - do you go to the dog park in Oakville at 8th line? I could be mistaken but I think I remember meeting you guys and your pups. I have the black puppy (looks like a little bear cub) named Kira.
Hi - No, that's not us. I know the dog park you are talking about tho, as we use to live in Oakville - we moved to the country about 10 years ago.
