Spot on my Berner please help

My 5 month old female berner started to develop a spot. I noticed it two days ago and it seems to be getting worse. I can't get into have her seen at the vet until next week. Does anyone know what this spot may be? It is located on her trunk right in front of her back legs. She doesnt seem bothered by it but my other Berner seems very interested in it.
