Spay Incision Healing

My almost 4 month old puppy recently got spayed 5 days ago and I am not sure if the incision is healing properly. It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all and we've done our best to restrict her activity but she is a puppy. The scab fell off yesterday and today it looks like more is forming and there is a very small amount of seepage from the wound. Does this look like a normal healing spay incision or are there signs of infection that I should be concerned about?
