Hi there,

I'm trying to help a friend get a hold of a Spay Contract, does anyone have one they could email me PM me? I'm not sure if that's what it's called, but we're looking for a contract that ensures the dog WILL be spayed. I've heard these contracts exist, just not sure the legalities surrounding them.

I don't have Disco's on hand, but if you google spay/neuter contract you'll pull lots of samples. Good luck.

Good luck enforcing something like that. If you are petting out a dog, it's best to spay before letting it go to a new home. Otherwise, have an attorney draw up the contract so it will be relevant and, hopefully, binding in your state.

ITA with that. Enforcing a spay contract AFTER the dog is in the new home is almost impossible.
