Poor Sonny, he didn't want me to leave him there, but he's getting a good bath and blow-dry, just like Chloe did a few weeks ago. He really didn't want me to leave. They will be giving me a call when he is done, the place is only a few blocks from my house. So it's not that far. He still had a slight smell of the goats pen, which I couldn't get removed. The 2 times I bathed him, I lathered him up really well, but after rinsing, when I went to wipe him down with the towel, he still smelled like wet goats pen, lol. I couldn't get him smelling really nice like the groomer did Chloe, lol. So now it's his turn, lol. Finally going to have a great smelling Sonny, lol. hehe. Oh, and it's a new place here in town called Bed, Bath, and Bones. They do an excellent job.

It took about 2.5 hours. Not sure if they worked on him the whole time, as there were other dogs there as well. But it was about the same with Chloe when she went in a few weeks ago. They absolutely loved him, said he's welcome anytime, lol. They asked how old he was, and when I told him he'll be 1 next month, they couldn't believe it. They said they have never seen a Border Collie pup that's so calm like he is. Just wait til they do Nell, lol. She's a little fire ball, lol. He smells so good now, lol.

He looks great...did they trim him at all? I really want to take a couple of mine in for blowing out the undercoat and just a little trim.

Nope, they didn't do any trimming. Breed Trimming is a different cost. I just had then do the bath, blow dry, and nails. They also remove any mats if there are any, and Sonny didn't have any.

They did a really nice job! He looks squeaky clean, and very soft!
