Frontline have their own features and disadvantages. Advantage is proven to resolve flea infection but it lacks preventive powers. I have used Frontline for five years. It works relatively the same as Advantix. However, after five months of using Advantix, I observed that it kills less and less ticks. It also is poor in preventing ticks from developing in the area including damp corners and fabrics. As such, I recommend the use of Frontline, which I am now using again.
So Ive always used Advantix...
