Skiparoo dog?

Has anyone ever heard of something called a skiparoo dog? I saw one briefly today. Didn't get a chance to ask anything but what it was. Am I saying the right name?

Do you mean a Schipperke(http://www.littlepawz.com/dog_images/schipperke.jpg picture of one)? If not, I've never heard of a Skiparoo...
