Kabota has the weirdest tail ever. It has a natural curve to it, like a border collie's. He propellors it in a full 360 when he's really happy, and when he's playing with a husky, he curls it over his back just like their tail.

I've notice lately, though, that when he's really interested in something, especially smells, Kabota curls just the tip into a complete circle, parallel to the ground, to his left. When he's unsure or confused, he makes his entire tail into a circle, parallel to the ground, that touches his left hip.

I've never caught a picture of this because it mostly happens on walks, and I have my hands full enough on walks without trying to wrangle my ipod for a picture.

Has anyone else ever seen sideways circle tail?
