I plan on calling the vet tomorrow, but I'm hoping some people on here have some ideas. As you know, Brutus has osteosarcoma. The last couple of weeks when we've been walking, I've noticed him stumbling a lot. This is Kansas so the terrain is always flat. One time we had a hill, but people got together to fix it. Anyway, it's almost as if one of his front legs gives out on him and he stumbles. I'm scared he's going to crack his head on the sidewalk. I know he's already brain damaged, but still, he doesn't need that. I don't know if this is related to his osteosarcoma or possibly something else. Someone told me they thought his nails looked really long and it might be because of that. I have my doubts though as they used to be much, much longer and the vet cut them when he was having surgery. Has anyone else had a dog that had trouble walking like this? How did you deal with it?

I would not walk him until you see the vet. Let us know what the vet says.
