At vets office i told them one of her tooth is missing he said was adult tooth and probably will be fine.
i felt maybe see a dentist for dogs cause her gum line to me will it heal ? Its been that way since had her .

Some dogs are just missing teeth, and pre-molars are one of the more common ones to be missing. You can see the difference here:

Drake was missing pre-molars on each side.

Her teeth are rather dirty though,

to prevent another tooth falling out due to tooth rot, or extensive bills for teeth cleaning, invest in a tooth brush, or give her raw bones weekly.
