Hi, i am looking to buy a Shiba inu puppy and would like to know if she looks like a purebreed Shiba and what color she will be adult. Thanks for the help.

According to Canadian law, if a dog isn't registered, it can't be sold as a purebred dog. The breeder needs to have all the puppies either tattooed or microchipped, and submit that information, along with the registration forms, to to the Canadian Kennel Club.

That said, she looks like she might be a purebred, although the Shiba that I've seen have had a foxier face.

There are only 3 colour codes for reconized pure bred Shiba's

Black and Tan,
Red
Sesame

That does not look like a Shiba.

If your buying this dog in Canada as purebred you should be provided with the CKC application that has the corresponding litter number on it.
