Our 1yr old samoyed puppy has a sore toe.
He was chasing a ball and came inside and started licking his toe.
The next day we noticed that it was swollen and red.
We used one of those plastic collars things to stop him licking and rest for a few days.
After 1 week with no improvement, we took him to the vet who did a close inspection under sedation.
The vet could not diagnose and gave him antibiotic rilexine tablets and some neotopic H cream.
After 1 week there is still no improvement :(

take him to a different vet. we're not vets. relying on us for diagnosis could result in a bone infection that destroys the leg.

Please review the disclaimer at the top of the forum. This forum is to be used to discussed diagnosed ailments, not to get diagnosis from strangers over the internet. Your dog needs to see a vet, if you do not feel comfortable going back to your current vet, seek out a second opinion elsewhere.
