This is my 9 year old lab, Sammy. Because we got him when I was 10 and didn't really know how to raise a dog aside from putting food in his bowl, he's more attatched to my parents. I love him though and he's still so healthy!

And this is my Roscoe, who has been very sleepy all day. He had some shots when I picked him up at the shelter yesterday, and went to the vet to be screened officially for heartworms (yes, he is positive), he also has whip worms so he was given a dewormer, plus he had an ear infection so he had some ear drops, PLUS he got his rabies shot. Poor little mutt has had so much done to him in such a short time period, but it will be worth it to see him healthy in the end!

What a great smile Sammy has!
That picture explains why Labs are the most popular breed. For as much as they can make you want to pull out your hair (I have a Golden so I know all about it), you just can't stay mad at them when they give you that killer smile.
