We recently took in a 2 year old pomeranian. She was living on a farm with a few other dogs including her mom. Her owner was trying to re-home them because she fell ill and wasn't able to take care of the dogs anymore. They told us we'd be the perfect family for this pup and so we took her home. She barely eats, doesn't want to play, sleeps all day and is generally uninterested in anything and anyone. She will greet you in the morning but that's about it. It's been a couple of days and there's still no progress. I thought it might be that she was sick but we took her to the vet and she's healthy. We're looking for any suggestions on what to do. We think it might be because she's been raised with another dogs her whole life and now she feels lonely?

She's just gone through a huge lifestyle change. Give her a chance to settle in and adjust to her new circumstances. If she was around other dogs more than people, it's probably going to be harder on her than is she was more used to being alone.
