Rescued dog needs transport to new home (GA to NC)

Can anyone volunteer to drive a short leg? Sweetie is a starved PB that was found by a poster on a horse BB located in GA. Another poster has offered her a home, but she needs to get her up there. Can anyone help? She is a very sweet dog, that needs a second chance. Here is the thread about her.
