Spent the weekend at an Agility trial with Remmy, my Shih Tzu/Maltese. It was his first trial and he got two Q's. In his very first class, Starters Jumpers he Qualified and ran second. In his very next class, Starters Standard he also Qualified and ran second.
Where the trial was held it was outdoors and about 90 degrees out. By his third class on Saturday, he ran a perfect course but we were a little slow so missed a third Q. I am not sure who was the most tired with the heat.
I am so pleased with him, I couldn't have asked for him to be any better. He is not two till the end of October so I should have lots of fun with him.
I have him entered in a trial at the beginning of July. They only have Games so he is entered in Jumpers and Snooker. Then at the end of August we are going to have a trial right in our own area for the first time.
