We are fairly new dog owners and rescued a mini poodle/bichon mix. He's a bit older than a year.
I've noticed that the front of his legs where ones joints would be, where he'd end his legs, is red on both legs. Anyone have experience with this? He's a white dog and his skin is very fair.
