Hi,

I have a 5 year old male cockapoo who had its first and hopefully his only seizure.

His blood work came back normal so the vet just put an IV catheter and told us to wait and see if it occurs in the next 24 hours.

Hes been fine but not himself.

How much longer will it take him to recover from this?

I have heard that if yuo give a little honey after a seizure it hels them recover faster. I honestly wouldn't know theough, fortunately I've never had a dog that seized, though Angel does get headshakes (common in Dobes).
