So I know there are several kibble dispensing toys around that will slow down a dog's eating and keep him/her occupied for a while. But are there any similar variants for raw food? Would it be too difficult or encourage destructive tendencies if I try to use an empty oatmeal container? Henry eats his raw pretty quickly, and he's not big enough yet for the larger pieces that would take him longer to chew. I've tried frozen and half frozen and it seems as though he gulps those down even faster!

Have you tried putting it in to a kong? perhaps stuff some bony meant followed by ground meat so as to "plug" it up? You can put the kong into a vinegar solution afterwards for cleaning.

With Bella, there are times where I had to hold her food so she wouldn't eat it so fast (and at the beginning I was so disgusted.. now I just dig my bare hands into a liver container, lol), so perhaps you could try doing that? Now she eats most everything at a pace that I can handle.
