Rash/Pimples on belly and genitals and....

a little pimple on her leg which has grown to the size of an eraser head. Also, her ears seem to be more pink then normal.

My dog has this on her belly. She seems to be fine. Does not scratch or lick the area. I noticed that she is not much of a self cleaner so the bell/genital area is a bit dirty.

Anyone have any suggestions/ideas/etc. Is this a food allergy?

Have you changed her food lately? Your best bet would be to go to the vet. It could be a few different things, but I don't think anyone on here can tell you what it is.
